A short trip to the city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This was my first trip via the now defunct KTM Railway. Starting with a 2230hr departure from Tanjong Pagar Railway Station in Singapore, we arrived in the city the next morning at 0800hrs.

This trip was done with a Leica M2 & M3 (DS), with a variety of glass from Zeiss and Leica. From Zeiss, I had the wonderful gem of the 25/2.8, Sonnar 50/1.5. From Leica, I used my newly arrived Leitz Summar 50/2. I later found out that the Summar I have was ridden with a number of issues such as misalignment and haze. Regardless, it was a wonderful lens to use. Its vintage signature is an amazing compliment to my Zeiss 50/1.5, which offers a much more modern look and feel. The Zeiss 25, well, its nothing short of amazing. Check out the results from the Kodak colour slides. Mindblowing stuff for me!

We visited Batu Caves, which was a short 272 stairway climb, had reasonably good food (for that price), and found it relatively easy to get around in the city.
