Mamak Shop
A local term for such a stall is that we call them 'Mama shop'. This name goes way back in time (mid 1900's), and they sell a variety of items. They range from the ever important cigerette, lighters (of course), tidbits, chocolates and sweets. Newspapers and magazines. They work long hours, and though they occupy a small space, they can hold a huge amount of stuff.
